You're the owner and the operator — the buck stops with you most days.
You've got real traction. Now it's about growing with structure instead of just hustle.
You want a room that pushes you, not one that just cheers you on.
Monthly 90-minute sessions — in person when possible, virtual when it's not — plus a private 15-minute 1:1 with Roshani every month. Built for solopreneurs who need structure without a full-day commitment.

Every session opens with one win per member — keeps momentum high and builds real accountability across the group.
Roshani introduces one growth or strategy framework drawn from the Focal Point methodology — practical, not theoretical.
One or two members bring a real challenge to the room. The group runs a structured problem-solving process and generates actionable options.
Every member closes with one action they'll take before the next session. Public commitment is what separates this from a conversation.
What's shared in the room stays in the room. Members operate under a clear agreement of trust and discretion.
10-15 members, selected by application. Solopreneurs at a similar stage — not competitors.
In person when possible, virtual when it's not. Same recurring time every month — flexibility without losing structure.
A private 15-minute 1:1 with Roshani every month, outside the group session — quick, focused, just for you.
Roshani Kumar is a Focal Point-certified business coach, published author of Sustainable Success, and founder of RS Kumar Advisors. She works with solopreneurs who are building something real — often alone — and want more structure, accountability, and real peers around them.
Roshani built the Ascent Circle for solo operators who are past the "just figure it out" stage and want to stop guessing — with a facilitator and a room that keeps them honest and moving.
Her role in the room is to ask better questions, not supply the answers. That's what makes the sessions work.
Sessions are built on the Focal Point framework developed by Brian Tracy — a structured, proven system for business clarity, growth, and execution.
Beyond the group session, every member gets a private 15-minute 1:1 with Roshani each month — quick, focused support for whatever needs individual attention.
This isn't a room for validation. Members come prepared to think harder, be honest about what isn't working, and hold each other to it.
Membership is selective because the group only works when every person in the room is genuinely invested. Applications are reviewed individually.
There are no right answers. Be direct — the more candid you are, the more useful this process will be for both of us.
Roshani reviews every application personally. If it looks like a fit, she'll reach out to schedule a brief conversation before confirming your seat.
Billed monthly, with a minimum 3-month commitment. Includes a 15-minute 1:1 with Roshani each month, in addition to your group sessions.
The Ascent Circle accepts new members on a rolling basis as seats open. Apply anytime — Roshani will follow up to confirm next steps.
