CEO Roundtable Member Application

$750K+ annual revenue

You've proven the model. Now it's time to scale it with intention.

5+ full-time employees

You're leading a real team — with the complexity that comes with it.

3+ years in business

You're past survival mode and ready for the harder strategic questions.

What happens in every session

Monthly working sessions — not a networking group. Every meeting has a structure, a focus, and leaves with real commitments.

Wins round-robin

Every session opens with one win per member — keeps momentum high and builds real accountability across the group.

Teaching segment

Roshani introduces one growth or strategy framework drawn from the Focal Point methodology — practical, not theoretical.

Hot seat

One or two members bring a real challenge to the room. The group runs a structured problem-solving process and generates actionable options.

Public commitments

Every member closes with one action they'll take before the next session. Public commitment is what separates this from a conversation.

Confidential by default

What's shared in the room stays in the room. Members operate under a clear agreement of trust and discretion.

Curated membership

8–12 members, selected by application. Diverse industries, shared operating complexity. No competitors in the same room.

Your facilitator

Roshani Kumar is a Focal Point-certified business coach, published author of Sustainable Success, and founder of RS Kumar Advisors. She works with business owners who have proven their model and are ready to scale it with more clarity and intention.

Roshani has established herself as a part of the Somerset County business community and designed the Roundtable specifically for owners who are past the early grind and dealing with the harder, less-obvious problems — strategy, leadership, growth at scale.

Her role in the room is to ask better questions, not supply the answers. That's what makes the sessions work.

Focal Point methodology

Sessions are built on the Focal Point framework developed by Brian Tracy — a structured, proven system for business clarity, growth, and execution.

In partnership with SCBP

The Roundtable runs in partnership with the Somerset County Business Partnership — giving members a trusted, established community context.

Ready to be challenged

This isn't a room for validation. Members come prepared to think harder, be honest about what isn't working, and hold each other to it.

Seats are by application only

Membership is selective because the group only works when every person in the room is genuinely invested. Applications are reviewed individually.

Ready to apply?

The application takes 15 minutes

There are no right answers. Be direct — the more candid you are, the more useful this process will be for both of us.

You'll hear back within 48 hours

Roshani reviews every application personally. If it looks like a fit, she'll reach out to schedule a brief conversation before confirming your seat.

No fee to participate

The Roundtable is hosted in partnership with the SCBP. There is no cost to apply or to join. Roshani's investment is in building something that actually works.

Launching late August or September 2026

Seats are limited and filling by application. If you're interested, apply now — Roshani will be in touch to confirm timing and your seat.
